moonsago 7,285 Posted May 18, 2020 Share Posted May 18, 2020 Idk how I feel about all these kpop artists releasing like this nowadays... they used to have just one single which would be released on the same day as the album ( or the day before ), ever since BTS did that whole Black Swan thing with a pre release single and then the official single a month later or so, more are doing it. Chung Ha and now them too? I loved the korean way of doing things because it was fast and accesible and easy to enjoy but as everybody is trying to break into the US, they are all adapting to the ‘american’ way of doing music... It's a weird way to call it that way. typically the lead single drops along with the EP and Album in kpop, and it's really rare that there will be a second single (most of the time the "second single" just gets performances on music shows and that's it, it's really more like a promotional single.)
