i just cant see how beyonce bailing gaga out of jail, them killing an entire restaurant and fleeing while the police is after them could lead to gaga being a kindness alien on planet chromatica

I mean, aren't these artists supposed to be creative? If every visual was super literal, Gaga wouldn't have half of her videography. To complete the trilogy at this point could be awesome; the Paparazzi video was our introduction to the Gaga who would push every boundary to claw to the top of fame despite knowing the risks of it eating her alive. Telephone was Gaga at her peak, surrounded by the literal Queen B' and drowning in corporate product placements as she collected hit after hit. "Rain on Me" and Chromatica seem very much like they are beautifully intertwined with the ARTPOP saga. She tried to show us the girl behind the Aura in the finale, but was blocked by her label and the music she put out to the GP was rejected. 

With "Rain on Me," she wouldn't be asking permission to show us the girl behind the Aura anymore; we didn't let her, and she went through some bad sh*t and turned out a savage (ugh, am I turning into an Ari fanboi?). Like, I think the concept of her art being arrested as she and Beyonce would have literally been at the conclusion of Telephone, followed by suffering the consequences of her naive and blind ambitions + transgressions of excess fame could work perfectly as a precursor to the emotions she and Ari will reportedly be expressing through this song.

Regardless, I do wish that people on here would stop hating on other fans for wanting to tie up some of the MANY loose ends we have on our hands. Every musician is going to promise a few projects that don't pan out. But, the number of canceled shows/tours/collaborations, volume of unreleased music, extent of pre/post-era blackouts, hype generated by Gaga herself for things that never materialized is more than typical. I think every fan would understand a statement saying that to complete the trilogy at this stage would be a burden to the creative process, but all we have is a "to be continued." Just like it wouldn't be hard to say that ARTPOP ACT II does or does not exist/that there is or is not a possibility of those songs being released in the future, to provide us a glimpse into the original LG5 and bury Frankenstein... until then, as other fans, roll with the eternal discussion of these topics because you can't really talk Lady Gaga and ignore their existence.
