HTGAWM Series Finale (SPOILER)

Okay guys, can we talk, can we fuc*ing talk! 

Before we go in the details. I really liked the finale. I expected Bittersweet, we got bittersweet. Now let’s start with our beloved Frank and Bonnie...

Honestly I am so sad they died. They were the only once who stuck with her since day 1. I’m not a big fan of Frank and he did bad things so, okay, his death is okay for me. But Bonnie? Bonnie?  That was to much for me, I was sobbing  Why did she had to die too? WHY? 

Now listen as hard as it is. We knew someone we really like will die and I don’t think their deaths made it a bad finale. It just made it so bittersweet like we know the show too!

Let’s move on to the hoes before bro- Annalise, the damn students...

Now, they all pissed me the fück off. But I’m glad Connor and Laurel decided to go on the good side. I was so happy to see Connor and Oliver together at the funeral! It’s what their couple deserved. I’m also happy Michaela wasn’t at the funeral and everyone broke the contact with her. It’s the least she deserved!

What concerns Laurel I’m happy she raised christopher but now listen. Why was Christopher played by the same actor as Wes at the funeral. I know it was to confuse. But I like to be confused in a logical way. They never use the same actors so why did they here. So if I have on complain about the finale is that they chose the same damn actor 

Last but not least, the badest bitch of them all, and I’m SO glad she survived and got free...Miss Annalise Keating. 

 

Our gurl finaly got away with it! Honestly I knew they won’t kill her off but I had my concerns too. She got the ending she DESERVED, period! (well besides the death of Frank and Bonnie obviously). I’m so happy that she lived her life with Tegan. Now listen, as much as I’m a Connor Oliver stan, Tegan and Annalise thats were the tea is. They give me this badass power couple vibes an I have to stan it.

 

All in one, it was one of the first finales of a show that didn’t let me down. And the bittersweet teasing was what we got and I’m totally fine with that (I mean GoT promised us Bittersweet too but the only thing we got was the Bitter not the Sweet). I’m happy how it ended and I can live in peace without a new season. It, almost, ended the way I expected and wanted it to end, besides Bonnies death!

So, this is how it all ended. Idk if we have a lot of HTGAWM fans here but if you are one, what are your thoughts? (And prayers?)

I watched the last episode and what an end!! I was worried we get a bad finale because there were so much unansewered questions but they nailed it!

I cried when I saw Bonnie dying. That Annaliese-Bonnie-Frank scene was so intense! 
and then we’ll see how each character continue his own road. Annaliese was with Tegan then they split up, then we watch her hand with other hands, so she met different partners (men and women) in her life... The way they filmed it, just WOW

And about Christopher played by the same actor who played Wes, They did it because they used the scene back in episode 9 (fall finale). Back then, they want us to think that Wes is alive and get excited for the season’s return.

 

I felt sad watching this series end bcz I am connected to each character to the point I cried when I saw Bonnie dead. Even my friends felt that they were “emotionnally confused” after watching the last 5 minutes of the show.

I hope we can have another show like htgawm.

I stopped watching on mid of S5. I don't mind the spoilers. 

I love how the writter said "not everyone got what they deserved" because that's how it is in real life.

This is the ending that it deserves. 

I'M STILL PISSED AT GAME OF THRONES.

Frank and Bonnie died together was the highlight for me. It was tragic, sad but beautiful.

I'm glad it's Christopher not Wes. Because it will make no sense for Wes to be alive. The ending when Christopher become a lecturer and teach "How To Get Away With Murder" just like Annalise in the beginning of the series. It was perfect closing scene.

Mikaela that bitch deserves so much worse. Ungrateful bitch.

The only thing that bothers me, the FBI get away for killing Asher.

I'm glad they make sure we know that Laurel mom's is dead by Xavier, because it was unclear before.

Viola Davis deserves all the awards that she can get.

She signed a deal with the FBI to stand against Annalise  Connor got a deal too and accepted it first but then took it back and Micheala also got a better deal them him but told nobody. I‘m so annoyed she got away with that. The only good thing is that at the end we see that everyone from the K5 and Annalise hate her

The ending was whatever to me honestly  This season was messy and I didn't really enjoy it, I just watched it cause I came this far and wanted to see how it ended.

Adding that Frank/Sam storyline at the end was really pointless, and I feel like they just ran out of ideas

However, they really fooled me into thinking Annalise died at a young age and that Wes was alive

Agree 100%.

Not sure how I feel about the finale. It left me more satisfied than I expected, though. There were definitely much, much worse finales from shows I watched.

It's not pointless, it drove Frank to kill Birkhead because she killed Hannah.

I loved that final.  I would have liked a happy ending for Franck and especially Bonnie who suffered all their lives but the symbol of dying together was beautiful.

I cried at the end...I've been following this show since the first season and my entrance to university.  I'm so attached to the casting and especially I got to know Viola Davis and her filmography thanks to that.  Saying goodbye to these characters is difficult.

The real star of this season was Tegan.  I would have loved a spin off on her.
