I think Gaga's videos weren't the best which worked against her plus she seemed a bit biased in favour of beyonce

 

One thing I do agree with the coach on tho is that when Gaga gets lost in the moment she does sometimes loose technique and doesn't sing as well as we know she can

Gaga’s my fave, followed by Beyoncé, and even I know their voices can’t be compared. Beyoncé’s voice is like ****ing silk - her soft head voice is angelic to me, and when she belts it’s incredibly powerful and controlled. Her melismas are also unmatched. She can take her voice anywhere, and her breath control is out of this world. Honestly her vocal ability is still underrated as I put her up there with the all-time greats. 
 

Gaga’s voice is my favorite however. Her tone is richer, punchier, but nowhere near as crisp or acrobatic. The chorus to Shallow is a prime example - it’s powerful because her voice is towering. Her range continues to surprise me, but there’s a very obvious “sweet spot” in her range, and when she’s hitting it, I get goosebumps. So much texture in her voice, she has the discipline of a Broadway singer but with the instincts of a 70s rocker. There’s nothing like it.

So i watch this lady a lot and she does in fact really like gaga but gaga against bey? Now let’s be realistic bey’s going to shoot gaga out the park lol

but bey doesn’t sing live, she uses a pre recorded live track for vocal preservation (which is understandable given the vocal acrobatics she does a lot of)

I feel like Stefani has more versitality in her voice. I can't picture Beyonce singing theater, jazz, or opera like she can.

Well, Beyoncé's technique is out of this world. She controls her voice way better than Gaga, so why would you get offended guys? Anyone can prefer a voice to another. At the end of the day, Gaga writes her songs, Bey doesn't. They are different kinds of artists.

Purely form a technical pov it's Beyonce hands down.

What Gaga struggles with most is precisely what Beyonce excels in -consistency. Gaga voice changes forcefully drastically when she's out of her range as if to micmic her peers ( You can hear Whitney, Mariah and Christina...) best Example- the national anthem and the recent Celine dion's cover.

Nothing against the lady, she is probably very lovely, but I'm not going to watch cause I hate whenever people compare Gaga with Bey. The amount of stupidity I had to read in the past whenever i decided to watch or read stuff comparing them, ruined that for me. 

Just going to say they are both awesome vocalists. But very, very, very different vocalists, with different ranges, different abilities, etc.

It will come down to what's your preference. And even then if you put Gaga or Bey singing different stuff there's stuff you will prefer Gag singing and stuff you will prefer Bey. Cause of their different abilities, there's stuff that suites Gaga better and stuff that suites Bey better.

I was surprised that Beyonce got more points for the low notes  idk Gaga's were more audible and clear in my opinion  and Gaga's clips were generally shorter (and why pick the Paparazzi performance for that particular note  that wasn't at all her best).

That being said I do think Beyonce generally wins because all her registers are developed and she has incredible control. But imho Gaga shines more in low notes and low to mid belts  Bey is definitely superior in the upper registers and belts tho

Beyonce is technically superior ? Congratulations to her, but she leaves me stone cold. I have no interest in melismas or runs or any of that acrobatics stuff. Gaga's basic sound does it for me over everyone.
