Honestly, I think in like the past couple years, Azealia Banks has had the most potential to become something incredibly great amongst her female rapper peers. Like not to compare, but she reminds me of Lil' Kim and Missy Elliot...like their starchild or something. However, Yung Rapunxel and ATM JAM have not really shown her potential or greatness. I really feel like producers just don't know what to do with her . I know she has alot of creative control, but I feel like her collaborations are becoming weak and lost sounding. I'm honestly not even excited for BWET anymore. Azealia's wordplay and rhythm is quite unique and amazing, she consistently outdoes her self in it. Like the 2nd verse is ATM JAM is so amazing.However, I find her subject matter has been getting quite thin and shallow lately, ya know like shes rapping but not really saying anything. Eh, but I really do love her. I just hope the other songs on BWET are so much better than what she's currently released. That being said, she better have songs where she is truly singing.
