I don’t know about you people but I’ll manually remove the original SL from my digital copy, but without really doing it now that I hear the insufferable chicken-like sounds are not present in the remix.

I don’t love it, and Gaga herself has put out better mixes in the past, but then again, I don’t enjoy the original SL at all. This is way better to me, I like it.

It really is:toofunny:

There's just ONE note throughout the song, and a disorted "I want yout stupid love" vocal

THIS is a remix I can get behind (and that’s rarely the occasion in general tbh..)  imo a remix is what the actual word says, a „re-mix“ .. taking the existing song, structure, vocals and bring it in a new shape and form, without adding a s ton of basic samples, slowing down the vocals and playing the chorus in a loop.

I think it’s more because of the clubs these DJs prefer to play. My preference lays in techno through and through when going out, and I’m not talking about skrillex, boysnoize, zedd, DJWS and so on. Talking Dasha Rush, Nur Jaber, Dax J, UVB.. Listening to remixes of techno tracks really forces you to focus on every detail, since you don’t have vocals distracting you most of the time  from what’s going on.

so even tho I really like the work mark Ronson, bloodpop, Burns and so on do in the Studio producing new music, I just don’t see them as DJs in the way I’m used to.

It’s funny how Gaga set her date to release her album late May 29 then Katy and others rushed to announce earlier releases. Katy released 05/15 and Gaga was like oh  “check out my new remix” she’s definitely playing the game well 🙌🏻💜

It might be a grower but I'm not sure... I kind of like it but also kind of wish it had more to it.

I can agree for the most part. I do think the biggest problem with the Vitaclub Mix is the fact that it's not titled appropriately. If they called it Stupid Love (Vitaclub Warehouse Dub) it would have been more appropriate I feel like. The mix is actually pretty good for the style it's going for, it is very reminiscent of some 90's Pop mixes.

The thing is though it's only 3:41 so there's no room for it to build the way it should or give the mix more breathing room. If it was extended had a few more areas stripped down and maybe even a nice house style piano I think it could be miles better - as it is now though it's just a short mix that is very reminiscent of an era that the album seems to be channeling in its sound based off of what we heard thus far.

I dont like it but i never really enjoy remixes

The song lost its best party, there is no more "all i ever wanted was love" and "freak out" in it. That annoys me, why cutting off the best parts?

Bloodpop can't even do a remix for a song .. he really need to distance himself from gaga after chromatica .:bye:

This sounds like a remix by a no-name producer you'd find on soundcloud one week after the song release, can't quite believe how lazy this is
