I found it again through the Wayback machine, and it's owner, David Cocas, put a true .com website for it back online this year. He had 4 volumes of rare Gaga mixes that I know of: Dancing In The Light Vol. 1 Dancing In The Light Vol. 2 Dancing In The Light Vol. 3 see GagaFrontRow for this dl, it still exists!
