This makes it sound like stay at home keeps EVERYTHING closed through summer. Nope. My city in Texas is under a stay at home order and people aren't staying at home. Protests left and right and have been taking place for weeks even in states you wouldn’t think they’d occur in. People were barely listening in the beginning and sadly won’t start now.
