The label just took it off the radio because sending money on it was pointless considering the single started bombing everywhere, radios spins started going down, streams too, YT views tanked. Replace the word "scrapped" with "gave up on" then. And yes, that was the right move for those reasons. But something else should have replaced it by now. They have predictive industry know-how. I don't see a lot of hype for CHROMATICA in the US unfortunately. She's consistent era to era though.
