He is harmless at this point; he even tried to expose her for being nasty towards other pop stars and sabotaging Natalia Kills' career back in 2010 likely expecting it to blow up and become a big deal, and literally no one payed any attention to him. Rob, however, is likely Gaga's abuser and someone who has caused and continues to cause her extreme psychological turmoil more than anyone else. I don't know why he doesn't have more votes.
