Gaga was clearly rushed to release Joanne. They must have dates in their contracts or something. She shot the video for PI a week before the song was released, and the song wasn't finished yet (you can see it in FF2) 

I remember all the nasty comments in Hold it against me video Vs Born this way, LM vs BA. I'm amazed that I didn't really engage in any of that drama and fights. Actually I was enjoying both of their music to care about that
