It's an airborne disease. Heavy breathing during sex and all that, you're bound to get it regardless. It transmission vis semen is very under-studied, not even sure it could replicate in the other person by being ejaculated in. Only science & time will tell

But then it's transmitted by breathing heavily next to somebody. That could include living in a house with someone, sharing a bed or just sitting next to each other. The article said that it might be transmitted through semen, which if you are protected, should decrease the chances. 

I think the headline is kind of sensationalist.

That's a good point, we're still learning about it, but I have also seen some articles taking about how it's mutated once or twice already which isn't great    I just hope we can make a vaccine ASAP (and that the anti-vaccers don't ruin our herd immunity)
