Either way, it's clearly a radio friendly choice. It doesn't mean it has to be one of the better songs, it could literally just be one of many bangers that she or her label happened to favour for a safer single choice or something. Or yes, it could be because they think it's one of the better tracks.

Fortunately this is all subjective anyway and her taste differs to mine because she said her favourite tracks on BTW were Black Jesus and You and I

They're the most popular 'cause they have music videos, cultural impact, relevance, etc and the fans live for that. Definitely not the best songs in their respective albums, at least not for me (a few of them are among the best but not necessarily the very best). So I personally am not worried

This post is dumb and is just your own opinion on her albums and singles. I thought Scheiße was the best song from Born This Way but that wasn’t a single.

Half the a lil bum it was. She tried to do a mix of feel good anthems and edgy songs. Born This Way represented the former, Judas represented the latter.

Just Dance really did. The whole album The Fame is very samey with the production. It told us what kind of sound and beats she had in store and the rest of the album reflected that.
