according to Grimes in some interview, hot dogs are eco-friendly because they don't kill the cow for it, it's just the "waste" that goes into the sausage, so you might as well eat it and reduce food being thrown out

No. A sandwich is filling between two SEPARATE slices of bread. The Hot Dog Bun is connected. A hot dog is not a sandwich, but can classify as either a “roll” or a “soft shell taco”.

I disagree and I cant believe ud say that. Mods should report u asap :triggered:

It’s fully a sandwich!! I don’t trust people that say it isn’t!!:ladyhaha:

It’s meat between bread, it’s a sandwich! And those of you saying it’s one piece of bread, think of most subs or hoagies, that bread is usually still connected on one side! And you don’t call those hotdogs! :trollga:

Is this a hot dog then? The bread isn’t separate

No, a hot dog is not a sandwich in the same way that a sub is not a sandwich, because it has a hinge connecting the bread that holds the contents inside.

A sub is a sandwich! They’re usually called sub sandwiches!

"A sandwich is a food typically consisting of vegetables, sliced cheese or meat, placed on or between slices of bread, or more generally any dish wherein bread serves as a container or wrapper for another food type."

Gurl did you just ignore the rest of the sentence? It's a special case followed by a general case. :smh:

Also I’d like to add that a hotdog is definitely a sandwich when it’s sandwiched between my legs :reductive:

But I don’t do that anymore! Only tacos between my legs!:staymad:

can't be a taco because a roll is not a tortilla.
