I couldn't do the melodyne for that because I don't have a vocal of her singing HAAAAAAAOWWWW  unless it's shallow but i think it wouldn't work.

I love it, the only thing I would change is maybe make the background vocals quieter so your lead vocal edit can be heard more

It's a production technique called vocal stacking, they are actually different recorded takes in the backing and lead stems (so it's not the same vocals duplicated in both stems). It's used to make a vocal more solid but more common in rap music. She also has it in DITD too
