I don't think that Chinese leaders weaponized covid an must know just how dangerous this is to their own population too. That said, Chinese leadership has clearly been hostile to the west and sneakily so... like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. China's reputation has long been trash and it is currently committing actual GENOCIDE on their own Muslim citizens as well as colonizing Tibet in brutal ways and snatching organs illegally from a religious minority known as the Falun Gong. This country is abhorrent and we should have all been socially pressuring it ages ago. There's nothing amazing about China if it is still doing such things in the 21st century. America's track record is horrible as well but when you have to balance both out China is simply atrocious at the moment. May the entire world distance itself from China. I could care less. THAT said I would NEVER ever want Chinese citizens who are not pro these atrocities or people of Chinese ethnicity living abroad to feel the backlash China is facing and sadly they are. Some ppl don;t know how to separate governments from people and it's a shame. I will never see China's government as an actual representation of Chinese people because I know the majority are against a lot of what it does or just oblivious / in denial that their country could be committing such crimes. Yeah.. bad leadership does not a bad people make... The US has a lot of problems too... The economic dependence on China is limited to large corporations using the cheap labor for manufacturing and monopolizing some segments... That will change as many manufacturers see the need to diversify 'where' they produce products currently only made on China. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. I think it was more of a cover up on China's leadership so they could hoard needed medical supplies... The US gov. know the economic damage and is using disinformation to white wash the situation... I'm not sure I agree , but early panic of consumers (toilet paper, sanitizer) shows how easily many people can be irrational or exploiting in emergency situations.. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still.
