Gaga, GGD, Chromatica and negativity

We takes Gaga as our hero too, but we still need to be realistic about it. Waiting in uncertainty sucks and it affects people's mood especially when it is something they really care about. Most especially since Gaga and her camp are so quiet about it, when anything SCAMATICA is announced, it was because it leaks, which in away fans feel grateful for cos who knows how long she will drag this in silence. Also, she is seemingly fine to do any other projects right now. Which adds to frustations of many.

Sorry that your experience is ruined, but people need to let go their frustations at this issues.

Is it hilarious though? We were promised a product on a date, then that date got postponed with no communication as to when we could expect said product. A little communication goes a long way in a business.

I'm not trying to deny or invalidate how anyone feels right now. You have every right to be kinda annoyed. But there is a big difference between "Oh, well that sucks." and constantly blaming Gaga for something she didnt want to happen.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm 83% sure you can get a refund on your preordered items anyway

I'm not going to refund my order because I would like to have this album, I would just appreciate a little communication from her as to when we could expect to receive our orders. In a business, communication with customers goes a long way.

She literally said it'd be out sooner rather than later a week or so ago. It's only been a few weeks since the original release was scheduled, how soon did you expect her too know when the new date would be?

Where did she say it would be out sooner rather than later a week or so ago? The last thing she's announced about the album date to my knowledge was 24 of March which was 42 days ago. Even if she just tweeted "I'm working to get a new date for you soon" a lot of us would appreciate that communication rather than just pure radio silence.

If you want a bad reputation for your business, take your customers money and don't tell them when they can expect to receive something. If you want a good reputation, communication with your customers is key.

Yes, and she gave us that, we know it's still coming this year. We know it's some time within the next 8 months. It's likely she just doesn't know the new date. 

Can I ask, why is it so hard for you guys to wait? I want this album as much as the next gay, but in the end, it's music and I can live without a constant stream of new stuff, is it really worth the energy of getting angry about it?

No, she didn't. All that said was later this year which is very vague and uncertain.
