I personally think the divisive male distorted vocal worked better. The way she repeats “Rain on Me” kinda sounds ...childish? But in a cute way? The bridge is definitely going to be a hate it or love it thing from monsters - similar to FW’s bridge. Also I think it’s clear this album is going to have songs that transition into each other. This song literally ends at the 0:00 mark and you can tell it’s going to lead into the next song (Free Woman). I do think the GP will love it. But I’m afraid it was hyped a BIT too much.
