If they kept the supposedly original plan to release a promo single 3 weeks before Chromatica, then it was supposed to come today. And since Ariana (UMG artist) is releasing today and Katy (UMG) next week, UMG might have prevented Gaga from releasing a promo single at all. Except she always does.
