Lyrical platitudes (Stupid Love, Free Woman,) and puns (babble on,) set to 90’s House music is signature RuPaul. Chromatica might just be a fun dance record. Rio 5,088 Posted May 8, 2020 Share Posted May 8, 2020 Slightly repetitive, and to all those who cried & bitched about SL having no chorus (as it had a beat drop instead of a chorus pretty much), this doesn’t have one at all. Maybe you’ll feel neutral like how I feel about this track. I like but I ain’t raced to replay. It sounds a little off, it stops after a prechorus and goes straight to the next verse. Still preferring SL and the ROM leak, but I’m livin’ for the deep backing vocal on Free Woman. That part is better than anything on SL slight musical turn on.
