:bradley: oh dear...I have so many questions: why is she trying to be destiny’s child? Why is she wearing a turtleneck? Why does she say “ sometime it BES like that”? :selena: :ladyhaha:

Thank goodness she started doing things her way! :tony:

1. She started in R&B and slowly evolved into the pop-ballad singer we know today

2. She was writing these songs in the 90's

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

Girl, this was P!nk’s debut single:billie:

I totally forgot this song existed. Wow, I'm totally transported. I saw Pink open for N'Sync way back when (2000? 2001?). Anyhow, I like them both. In my opinion, Christina's vocals are better (I think the first time I heard her was when she sang "Reflection" for Mulan), so I prefer her ballads over Pink's, but I slightly prefer Pink's bops, maybe because they play a lot of Pink songs in my aerobics classes.

I love that album so much. Don’t forget these iconic songs:

Pink

Personally not a fan of Christina's shrill voice. I respect her as an artist though.

P!nk definitely won! I wonder if what keeps Xtina breathing is that she got the big part of Lady Marmalade?

Both had amazing debuts.

Both have amazing ballads.

Both have killer BOPS.

Both had successful duets.

And lets not forget when their paths crossed..

so who's it gonna be?

For me, P!nk takes the thrown.  If P!nk released the album "Stripped" instead of Xtina, I prob wouldn't listen to Xtina tbh.

But wait get the party started was not P!nks debut

Reject False Icons

xtina, i am a big fan but I became one very late compared to the years she’s been active, also i grew up with Mi Reflejo :excited:

Pink has excellent songs but somehow I get really bored listening to her albums entirely, so I’ve never finished one

My name on GDD is after a lyric from a P!nk song for a reason. Lots of respect for Christina, she’s insanely talented, but P!nk is one of my all-time favorite artists and my absolute favorite live performer.
