Anveeroy 57,976
11. RADIO ON - Average Score: 7.61 Highest Score: 10 @MingersPrayer @Lucas @HorusRa2 @BenH08 @Musicisfreedom Lowest Score: 2 @Gaijin COMMENTS: @Jaume boring @HorusRa2 This song is one of the songs I associate with my mom that passed away over a year ago. My love for music really stems from her & memories of listening to Mariah & Shania with her really come back to the surface when I hear this song. When she first passed away, I listened to this song a lot and whenever I was listening to it I didn’t feel the guilt and shame that was all too present every day. Guilt for the times before she was diagnosed and I was too busy from her across the country with my new husband. The shame that came with all the possible moments that never happened that your brain tells you could have happened. I had this nightmare where I died but was somehow aware that I died and the next day I drove from Florida to NC to see her & she died 15 hours after I got back home to see her. I still feel the guilt and shame even though I got to see her that last time. And at least for a few minutes when I hear this song, those feelings go away just for a few moments. @Jewelsdelove This song is so sad and I cry every time I listen to it. The violins and her melancholic voice create this inner turmoil in you you didn’t know you had. “I put the radio on, saving myself for this song, I put the radio on” wow, just wow. @Lionel Ronaldo Again, the song really had to grow on me but it's a very beautiful song, makes me al little emotional too. @SabadoDeGloriaKylie seems to love this song, which I appreciate, but it just doesn't have the level of excellence some other ballads have (Shelby '68 or Fragile, for example). @ororo munroe Very beautiful track, chorus is so smooth and nice and without unnecessary sound effects and auto-tune. @HadesThose vocals are amazing. One of the underrated songs i'd like to see her perform live. @Blown AwayWith a bit of livelier production it could've been a great track, but with the one it has now I'm not a fan. @Judas SocietyThis is a simple song, that isn't a dance song like the others in the album with a thumping beat. I love listening to this song when I'm just in a chilled mood. @Yxilon Very good mixing and mastering here. It seems there are different kinds of both guitars and pianos in the album at this time, and this track may display the most hq ones. The vocals are very lovable too. Definitely the album's highlight 11. EVERY LITTLE PART OF ME - Average Score: 7.61 Highest Score: 11 @Jaume @SabadoDeGloria Lowest Score: 1 @Gaijin COMMENTS: @Jaume i cant help it... I love chessy pop songs @HorusRa2 This was my favorite song on the album when it first came out. I still have a great affection for it but just isn’t a song that speaks to what I’m going through at the moment. Doesn’t mean it’s not perfect (because it definitely is). @Jewelsdelove This is such an amazing dancing song. It’s about opening up to new love but with the conditions that you will adore every aspect of the person. Kylies high register is so great here. Love this song! @CautiousLurker Everything this track does other tracks on the album do better imo - a bop still tho @SabadoDeGloria The first album cut I fell in-love with from this album, so it will always have a place in my heart (and narrowly edged out Live a Little for my 11). I am a total Kylie stan and I love Golden and this song embodies everything I love about it: personal Kylie lyrics and a new sound for her that sounds totally authentic. @HadesThis stomps on half the standard. A BOP. @Blown AwayI'm not a fan of the high-pitched voice in the song. The buildup of the instrumental is a nice touch, especially when it explodes in the chorus, but otherwise a mediocre song. @Yxilon Vocals are clearer here. I wonder why the mixing is so different in comparison to the rest of the album. Whatever, the rhythm comes and goes in a kinda unexpected way. Tends to become a little messy towards the end and overall feels a bit unfocused. Stream Kylie-Janet Discographies!
