Weird move for someone who has nothing to hide 

This is Lou Taylor's company, she is the one who sued a Britney fan for the whole 'Free Britney' thing.

She is also the woman who Britney claimed was harassing/stalking her in 2007 and would not leave her alone - this was shown in the emails that leaked last year. Yet soon as Britney got in the Conservatorship, this woman became her business manager after being appointed by Britney's dad, Jamie  Also she was the one who put the idea to Jamie to place Britney in a conservatorship

for a bit more context, Lou Taylor is also the one who tried to get Lindsay Lohan's parents to put Lindsay in a conservatorship.

Her parents have since said how awful Lou Taylor is...

she basically has no rights, she is seen as 'severely disabled' in the eyes of the law.

she has no access to her money and is given a small allowance by her dad monthly, she was not allowed a phone previously and/or restricted access to one, she is not allowed to drive on her own - she either has to have a bodyguard driving for her or next to her and on some occasions following behind her in another vehicle. she has to get permission to have visitors from her conservator, for example she has to ask permission to see her boyfriend, there are SO many other things I can give as examples
