   This is the tea. I will say I don't subscribe to the notion that HE is evil. He is a product of the state of the music industry as a whole. The reason he bought Taylors discography for example is because Taylor is a HUGE artist and it would be like printing money, it was less of a move to control Taylor and more of a move to line his own pockets with one of the most lucrative artists. Taylor def spun the narrative there to make him look evil - but the truth is, it's standard in the music industry. There's so much greed and lack of compassion and rewards to a n artist for what they have had to create. They don't get compensated properly in the way they should if their music is money machine. Gaga is lucky with Bobby because he is considerate to her - he's not perfect by any means as a manager. But being a "good" manager and being a good person don't typically balance in this industry. The industry as a whole needs to change to give the artist more power - or at least more even earnings - and then those who have been greedy for years will have to adjust as well. Rant over.
