Trump claims Biden allegations more credible Kavanaugh‘s

President Trump said Friday that a woman who has accused former Vice President Joe Biden of sexual assault has "far more credibility" than claims made against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Trump said he found Biden's accuser, Tara Reade, "very credible" during an interview on the "Dan Bongino Show" on Friday. He also offered some advice to Biden, urging him to fight the allegations if they are untrue.

Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, forcefully denied the allegations in a public statement and subsequent interview on MSNBC Friday morning.

"They aren't true," Biden said. "This never happened."

Trump repeatedly compared Reade's allegations to those made against Kavanaugh, Trump's nominee to the high court who went through a contentious confirmation process in 2018 as senators examined sexual assault claims made against him by Christine Blasey Ford and other women.

"There's never been, Dan, a case so vicious as that," Trump said Friday. "He was total guilty according to these very dishonest people, they're Democrats in all cases."

I mean her neighbor and her friend corroborated her story. Plus her mom went on CNN back in the day asking on how to report a senator for misconduct.

EDIT: By no means I'm saying that Ford's allegations are false. I believe both of them. But in a court of law, Reade would find it easier to win since she told her family about the allegations.

Well lets present the facts: 

- Reade has an exact date, place, and time of assault 
- Reade has witnesses to back up her story
- Reade (allegedly) has her mother calling in on a (now suspiciously dented) Larry King episode telling him her daughter has been assaulted by a high ranking senator
 

Whereas: 

- Blasey-Ford couldn't recall the exact date, time, or place of the assault
- Blasey-Ford's friend said she was at the party, but did not witness/know about the assault

If democrats want to "believe all women" they owe Reade the same time and enthusiastic support they gave Ford. Both women need to be heard and given a voice--but only one was

I disagree, just because Reade has more evidence, doesn't mean that Ford's allegation are false.

I definitely believe both. But if there were a trial, Reade would be more likely to succeed than Ford because she did tell her friends and family about it at the time. But Ford kept it to herself. It comes down to the victim's personality and psychic.

I agree that people need to give Reade the same support and platform as Ford, but I also don't think we need to discredit Dr. Blasey-Ford's accusations either. (Not saying you're doing that though; I realize you're playing devil's advocate.) 

Having been sexually harassed by various powerful men and also having been pushed up against a wall and kissed against my will by someone with a lot more power than me, I can tell you that some details end up very murky (as Gaga said in her Colbert interview, there might be a self-protection mechanism), and not everyone feels comfortable immediately confiding in someone. When I was pushed against a wall and had someone try to kiss me (I was a college student, and this person was a visiting professor), I was in such shock that I told myself certainly it couldn't have happened, because I couldn't imagine anyone actually doing that to someone else. It was only later that I told my friends, and only much later that I told someone in power. 

But yes, Reade does deserve to be heard. I personally think Biden should step down and that Democrats should give Reade a chance to share her story. It's not too late to have a different nominee.

It’s ridiculous that people are giving Joe Biden a pass for his conduct because “Joe Biden is Joe Biden” but Kavanaugh got reamed to hell and back.

It’s disgusting that Democrats were Gungho about sending Kavanaugh to jail but most refuse to even listen to these claims about Joe Biden. When there are more facts against Joe Biden than there ever were for Kavanaugh. 

If you say you believe all women then that has to hold true no matter the political affiliation....

Now I’m not saying Ford’s claims were false, but there was a huge trial and nothing came out of it. 
There should also be something of the sort for this woman and Biden before anyone can say “Joe Biden is Joe Biden” and that he would never do that. Now I’m not particularly a fan of Nancy Pelosi but I like to believe that a fair trial will come to these kinds of things and for her to just dismiss is because it’s Joe Biden. I thought was disgusting. 
Yeah Harvey Weinstein everyone thought was a great charitable guy.... look at him now. Even some of his closest friends weren’t aware (or we believe them to be not aware)
