Bobby is magical and he is very active in social media, I always see gaga-related posts on Instagram liked by him. I kinda think he looks on this mess place from time to time. The Chromatica era, right now, is very complicated but I don't think that it's his fault or Gaga's. there are a lot of things that they can't control because both of them are working under her label and their decisions. she don't need a new manager... she needs a new RECORD LABEL. they tiding their hands in everything Gaga is doing. we would get every single song she ever written, performances, more albums... even ARTPOP ACT II ! so... that is my answer.
