I think some are, if a lot of people are going back to work and they are "reopening" the economy then I guess they are. I don't think Interscope will let Gaga release without physical copies available, knowing that's her strong point and therefore more money to the label. She only needs like 2 weeks to launch the album. anyways... i really don’t see how the album can do goodwith less than a month and currently nothing announced about a date or singles, the gps forgotten about stupid love, the gp doesn’t care that the cover and tracklist are already online and they won’t care about a release without proper promo. I can’t see proper promo being done in such a short amount of time. Thanks @Stef I do think if something is happening this week, it will be a Wednesday announcement and obviously Friday release. Also, I'm not sure this is valid anymore, but the day before a song drops, the duration for it usually shows up on iTunes. That was the case with P!nk's last two albums when she did promo singles! We should keep a look out on iTunes to see if it's updated with tracklist or not, that should be a good indication that they're proceeding with something. Let's not forget it's been on pre-order for quite some time, with multiple editions, digital+merch bundles, concert ticket bundles, pre-order presale access for Europe, etc. I'm confident that got a decent amount of preorders in every territory to have a successful release. Any additional sales are the cherry on top really. In case they do snoop around here: custom-made die-cut CD holders at check out counters in grocery stores are key.
