No tweets, no public appearances. Nothing. Agree to an extent but at least then, stuff was still kinda in the dark. The only thing about this era that's in the dark is the album itself, and even then we've basically heard 4 songs of varying degrees and stages. So its just super messy. Yeah she's posting way less than she used to and is barely giving us crumbs or sharing plans about the album but we're in the middle of a paused era with a single out. Now choose a month randomly between Feb and July 2013 and imagine that time as a Gaga stan when BTW ball has been canceled due to a hip injury, Gaga is confined to a wheelchair, no posts on social media, no public appearances, and you have absolutely no clue when she'll recover from it and feel healthy again to start a new era. And then one random day in July, you see this. And then later on the same day, posts this across all her socials Truly a rain(on me) after months of drought situation which is in no way comparable to the current situation because we know she will resume the era sooner or later. Back then, we didn't know when she'd start one. Not to mention, you have LQ studio or demo snippets floating around, her album instrumentals are probably hidden in Haus Labs ads that you can always go listen to and she gave two amazing performances just two weeks ago.
