Okay, I don't know how this corporate stuff works you software people, but If it was clearly upto me - if I was Gaga and I was soooooo into helping during this pandemic, I would still release the album for my thirsting fans to shut them up and announce that every single cent made from streaming is going for the search of a vaccine. It's not like she needs the money. and she could still keep money from the physical sales, which are lower and lower every year, but there are some.

If we can talk about the promotion, let's see Dua's strategy for example! Her album leaked two weeks ahead of the release, she released it week earlier and still there was no big damage and her promotion is flawless. There are performances from home, tons of remixes, at home edits of music videos, etc and etc. If Gaga could do this, she coulda also talk about how she's raising money with her album and stuff on talk shows, she can also add an acoustic performance or something to push the singles.

I think this is really easy to do, if you have a team of competent people with ideas and passion.

realistically she won't be able to promote the album how she originally intended until 2021, so personally I think releasing it sooner to keep fans happy and interested and then maybe doing a follow up EP (like TFM) with crazy promo in 2021 would make sense, but I'm not hopeful 

the wait would be so much easier if she was still posting - not even about the album, but just visible on socials

Last thing I will say before leaving GGD and Gaga for a while. 
If she does push it back to 2021, she may as well scrap it and begin a new album. It’s already years old. 
Such a shame that music is very clearly not her passion anymore. 
Just release the F*cking album and go back into your own little world with all the money and fake people you are surrounded with!!

You know what I would do? Because she is obviously wanted to help out the world (and don't think after the benefit concert that was her done with WHO, because she is still working out ways on how to help), I'd pull Stupid Love from radio and I'd postpone the album until November at least.

Then I'd make an EP with Chromatica rejects that didn't quite make the cut, and I'd make the EP around 8 tracks. I'd then make sure that 70% of the proceeds go to the WHO and the other 30% goes to the BTW foundation. She doesn't need to promote it at all because its not the main project, and it would put fans minds at ease. Think of like like a precursor to the main project. I'd include Stupid Love for that, and all 8 songs would be singles.

I'd then restart this era with a different lead single, I'd remove Stupid Love from the tracklist and replace it with another track. That lead would come out in September, and then she can get on with the original promo
