Technically, her europe dates are cancelled by the countries they're in as most have no mass gathering policies in place until Sept. - Oct. At the earliest. Her announcement said it was coming soon and the tour was happening, the second things is now false: that needs to be cleared up. In the end, it's up to her, Bobby and everyone involved to make statements and give refunds for products or events that haven't been released or wont happen. Fans purchased the album for April 10th. It didnt arrive, and now there is no time from for when it will arrive. Doot 2 Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 The lesson everyone should have learned at this point, is moving forward, if you purchase anything relating to Lady Gaga, whether that be tour tickets or pre-ordering am album, you are making that purchase with the understanding there is like a 75% chance it'll get delayed or cancelled.
