I think we all know that how the fanbase turned on her is part of why she doesn't communicate with us anymore but her only being active when she's promoting something also seems a bad thing do to. There are many ways to engage with fans these days and she surely could use something that doesn't make herself be in a bad state while providing content for the fans.
