Why not? She delayed the album a year already according to industry insider Mr S. 
 

also, ASIB was also delayed half a year to a year as the film and album were ready to launch in March of 2018. (The shallow scene on the piano was filmed around the beginning of the Joanne tour in 2017. )

I wonder how long it takes to make physical copies, I expect them to take at least 2-3 weeks for production, logistics, shipping, etc.  
If they're not produced yet, we are at least weeks away from the physical CD. Anybody know how it works?
