Like I’d argue the level of ARTPOP. The difference is Chromatica will be weirdGa enough to satisfy fans, but also radio friendly enough to get lots of media attention. Like legit I think first week she could do ARTPOP numbers (my guess is around 200k-300k, if Stupid Love had been a smash without corona happening, move up to 400k-500k). The collabs will indeed make a difference. Ariana will help streams, as will BLACKPINK, and Elton will guarantee some level of industry attention. The lead was successful (#5 is a good peak!!!!) and I think the next singles could be more successful if collabs. Gaga sells well on her own, but I’d argue Ariana is “bigger” in terms of hype & public appeal. So ROM could be her first big pop hit since Applause/DWUW. I mean if she is, isn’t she like worried her album could leak at any point? With the snippets going around and I mean surely someone must have the album out there in the world but because of laws and stuff they are withholding it to save their a*s and don’t get arrested for copyright. I saw a super short Sine From Above one, then a slightly longer one (36 seconds, I think). The Free Woman one is probably one everyone else already heard but that I was slow on.
