It was released and there was a feature called TrackStar that was supposed to give fans the ability to create their own mixes based on ARTPOP stems. There was a countdown for that feature to be released in the ARTPOP app with Petga and the GIF maker (which were already available) and everything but it kept resetting and restarting to random times in the future.
