Too Short is one the the pioneer of the West Coast rap. Twista is very well known for haviing the fastest rapping style. And T.I. is pretty good in his rap, and it was obvious he was a feature on ARTPOP at that time as Gaga said she was frustrated she hasn't managed to make a collab happen in the past.
