This era already isnโt going to pan out the way she intended. I genuinely am shocked at how everyone acts like Gaga gave the middle finger and slowly backed out the room and popped all the party balloons on the way out. ย ย She is an artist - and Chromatica was to be a huge project. She had to cancel so many plans as is for it that effectively neutered the project from her vision. The album had to be delayed so things could be replanned accordingly so that if not able to release it exactly as envisioned it could at least be released in a way that she deemed appropriate. Gaga has never been just about the music - she has ALWAYS been about the total package. She used the time immediately after the delay to do what she could to help in this pandemic. ย ย There are so many people that take part in planning an era like this, not just Gaga. She is not this empress sitting on a throne at Interscope calling all the shots. She has to work for a new release date with Interscope, Interscope has to coordinate it's new promo plan, and they then have to actually arrange new deals and promo opportunities since the ones that were planned months ahead of the original release all are GONE! This is a full out SHUTDOWN of the country - it's not a "Oh well she can't do Fallon so let's get her on Kimmel!" This is how to promote from square one in territory that is brand new forย project of this nature for them. ย ย Do you think Gaga is truly sitting there happy she can't even communicate full details of what's happening and the few things she was planning on revealing are accidentally getting leaked by retailers that are jumping the gun before she makes official announcements? She's more than likely just as frustrated as anyone else right now. Her entire project has crumbled before her eyes and now she has to pick up the pieces as fast as possible to try and salvage its release even in this much much smaller form. ย ย The album will come. She is human. Stop being so awful about it - throwing tantrums and being rude and disrespectful in regards to her isn't going to make it come faster. All anyone has been doing this whole time has been acting out and lashing out and furthering the reasons why Gaga has ZERO communications with fans about any of this. I like every one of her singles. She's charismatic too.
