The thousands of albums that will be added to street week from the ticket bundles is probably going to dictate the album release date more than many other marketing ideas. I’m not an insider, don’t worry, but I DID work for UMG up until last year… and ironing out details with Nielsen to count scans for tour ticket bundles was super annoying and a very detailed process. I could be wrong though You’re right on the first part. But someone asked yesterday how confident he is that plans for ROM are still set for May and he said 90%. He said maybe 15 because he was told things could be moving up quicker but definitely wasn’t confirmation it’s coming in May for sure.
