Worst RuPaul’s Drag Race Season?

personally couldnt stand season 8. i like bob but everyone else was so boring or annoying mostly thorgy, robbie turner, derrick for most of it, cynthia lee fontaine. i dont remember a single challenge either except snatch game obviously

BY THE WAY did you see that Shannel, Laila McQueen and Mayhem Miller were cut from the first episode? They announced it on their social medias. They helped the celebrities with the make up and got cut out.

i didn't know that, that's shady because they lead you to believe Bob, Trixie and Monet did their makeup. I know Trixie is really good with makeup so i was shocked she made Jordan so... ashy  i was like what?

The only tolerable contestant was Scarlet. The cast was trash. The most WTF filler queens like Soju, Kahanna and Mercedes, queens playing for the cameras like Plastique and Shuga, Ariel Versace’s mediocre caucus ass reeking of grindr and loose hole, consistent threats from Vanjie screaming for airtime and being saved from the bottom 2 several times, Nina West being a gross foot predator, Brooke being overhyped by the judges, Yvie provoking people at every chance he got, and Silky Nutmeg Gamache........ we don’t speak of him.

i feel like every episode, there was some sort of robbery, may it be someone unfairly eliminated or someone unfairly winning. Awful season!

The funny thing is that Jordan has Laila's signature "heart under eye" make up. I don't know to what extent they helped but you can read it here

I'd say in the original seasons that the best is probably 5, but the overall best season is All Stars 2 tbh.

You’re right about S6, that’s also one of the best seasons. 4 & 5 are OGs so they must be respected, but obviously the runway looks and budget haven’t aged well. Also, I prefer the season 10/12 queens. Aquaria, Jaida, Cracker, Heidi, Jackie, Crystal, Monique... the level of talentry and charisma. 4 & 5 just had a mix of mean spirited ugly queens (Detox, Roxxxy, Willam) and forgettable fillers who don’t hold a candle to new queens (Alisa Summers, Vivienne Pinay, etc).

I don't think Plastique Tiara is all that people make her to be... all I see from her tiktoks are "gorgeous boy looks into a beautiful woman" and it seems like her corset runway looks.... when it comes to the challenges she fell flat... incredible dancer tho

Worst: unpopular opinion, but 5. It was full of fillers and Rolaskatox made it hard to watch and enjoy tbh.

Also the fact that Jaida, a queen with two wins, front runner along with Gigi Goode in S12 has LESS followers on Instagram than queens that were eliminated several episodes ago is a federal crime and I'm ready to put people in jail.

10, the challenges were lackluster, writing for acting challenges/music challenges was horrible, the drama wasn't really interesting, and overall the judging was pretty bad all season.

11 and DRUK are probably my least favorite. also special mentions to AS3 and 4 where both of them the person who did the best (Ben and Manila) did not win  but i love Trixie so i guess i’m fine with it lol

whaaaaaat DRUK revitalized the series for me  it was such a good change of pace... Divina is godlike  The only thing I hated about DRUK were the lipsyncs, pretty much like most of S12 lipsyncs

Actually it was heavily rumoured that All Stars this year (the one that gets filmed not the one that airs) was going to be the all-winners season. First thing that happened was Tyra resurfaced last year and was apologetic and ready to come back to drag- rumours were WoW promised her an online show and a chance at an All Stars season if she cleaned up her act. Then the biggest piece of evidence was Yvie and Bebe cancelled on DragFest as headliners 5 MONTHS in advance (which seems like enough time to allow the best of the best to prepare and get them to be on the same schedule) and KlubKids UK are notoriously petty when girls cancel their gigs for All Stars they say they cancel for "tv commitments" they did it for Latrice and Naomi last time for AS4.

They were supposedly gonna film in May before S13 got filmed because the girls who wanted to go all had no tours or one-woman shows to be on at that time apparently. Then after COVID-19 happened it messed it up and they apparently cancelled it that's why Tyra went off the rails again because they had her on a leash for almost a whole year to cancel on her  reputation redemption.

well... UK queens aren't notable for our lipsync skills, younger queens are better though thats why they have a LOT more younger and lipsync queens on DRUK 2

Nah, I like the queens eliminating each other thing but I don’t think it’s fair production tells Ru who has each lipstick, they should make it actually fair.
