Seeing the success of the E•MO•TION megarate, I decided to continue with its counterpart. We'll be rating the second EP of miss Carly Rae Jepsen. After the cult success of her previous album E•MO•TION, Jepsen decided to make an EP with several songs that didn't make the cut for E•MO•TION to thank the fans for their support. Therefore the songs are rooted in the same style of 1980s pop music and lyrically are about love and heartbreak. The writers and producers involved in this project are also nearly identical to those on E•MO•TION, with the addition of people like Wayne Hector (I Hate This Part, Out From Under and Starships), Claude Kelly (Circus and My Life Would Suck Without You and Party in the USA) and Sir Nolan (Jealous, Good For You and All In My Head (Flex)). The result was a worthy extension of Carly's pop bible, E•MO•TION. Here are some rules for rating the album: - Rate each song from 1 to 10. Up to 2 decimals are allowed. - Each participant may give one 11 to their favorite song. - Each participant may give one 0 to their least favorite song. (duh, it's me) - No trolling allowed! - Comments are very much welcome, but not necessary. I hope you have a lot of fun listening to the album. Let the games begin!
