Nancy Ajram's career can be compared to the level of success that Brit/Beyonce have, but she kept away drama from her career and always had/still has a good reputation.

till her husband killed some person who was breaking into their house:rip:

As an arab all I can say is that their music sound is way behind, you'd think it's made in 2009 because of how they're still making hits with the outdated bass synths :smh: I've noticed that pop girls are now going for the "tropical pop" sound while the men are most successful with ballads and acoustics (especially with ouds)

My prediction is that rap/hip hop is going to be a big trend in the arab pop scene soon.

It is

you can find it with Egypt singers using rap/hip hop

You are correct with the first statement

god I DESPISE the music us arabs make... I MAY listen to some khaleeji music but thats it

I love Fayrouz and Asala

love this song too

Fayrouz is the "All Time" diva/legend because she has a voice of an angel

Asalah has a good voice also but the drama she faced in her life + her personality made her lesspopular/loved by the audience

I don't know/listen to Dalia
