I don’t know who “he” is. What? First responders and medical personnel are not a new reason. Concern for them, and concern for overwhelming the system has always been a primary concern. Medical personnel do not have all the PPE they need. First responders do not have what they need to protect themselves. Face masks and hand sanitizer are not available to essential workers. That is probably the real reason. And for those people I made that comment. Your argument is basically another discussion. And again, the solution for your problem isnt a lockdown.
