GayWeatherBOI 970
I love a good horror movie, and I recently watched two that were really good. They're both indie films and the first one actually made me a little restless! Do any of you guys like horror and if so, what are your picks? Wixson 5,004
I discovered this one only a few weeks ago and there is even a sequel that might be better than the first one! Not as scary as it might look from the thumbnail, though.
GreenDiamond 6,286
Horror genre is criminally underrated, I could write u about 20 indie horrors underrated. But I will go with one that i recently started to adore Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with me Its scary and tragic downfall of enigmatic charachter which is prequel of Twin Peaks series so you can watch it even if you dont know Amazing Twin Peaks. It was panned because it was too shocking and disturbing when it was released because it is pitch black movie about 7 days of torture of girl that you know will be murdered in the end. If you like complex characher, movie full of metaphores and symbols, and if you can withstand disturbing scenes you are in for a artsy Dark ride that talks about hope in darkest places. Check it out

ShayCristoforo 10,607
Not so much a horror, more of a thriller, but I’m gonna take this moment to remind everyone to see the Korean version of Oldboy if you wanna see the best twisting thriller you will ever see. And one of the best films Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

I think We Are Still Here has actually been the only horror film that my bf and I just stopped after a while, because we didn't like it. 1 hour ago, Wixson said: I discovered this one only a few weeks ago and there is even a sequel that might be better than the first one! Creep 2 is indeed even better, you should definitely check it out, so unsettling. Creep 3 is in the makes, but there have been some struggles. 41 minutes ago, NoahSuns said: The Autopsy of Jane Doe Great movie as well, indeed. 39 minutes ago, Spock said: Suspiria was fine, but expected more. Crimson Peak is very entertaining and beautifully shot etc. The Others, I still have to see, but is said to be great. 19 minutes ago, Blackout19 said: The Nun It's by far the weakest movie of the The Conjuring franchise imo 14 minutes ago, Salvador Sequea said: Omg yes, that movie is SO good. This one pops up in my mind, which was also surprisingly good:
aaron l 11,999
Pyewacket, Tragedy Girls, Hell House LLC, The Innkeepers, What Keeps You Alive, Summer of 84, Satan's Slaves, Patchwork, The Devil's Candy, The Blackcoat's Daughter, Sinister, Last Shift, Coherence, The Pact, Triangle, The Loved Ones, The Collector, The House of the Devil, P2, The Strangers, 1408.. Although some of these are critically acclaimed, a lot of them still aren't talked about enough. I really love this whole list! (The Strangers being in my top 3 favorite films ever.)
