Do you want trump to be re-elected?  I see your posts all the time.  They are all anti-Biden, at least the ones I’ve opened.

any positive news to share?

Because it’s gonna either be Biden or Trump.

Um are citizens not allowed to criticize their own politicians anymore?

Like, I can’t at some of you democrats wanting to shut people down, just so your beloved dementia-riddled candidate doesn’t get exposed for the trash that he is.

And before y’all come at me with your whole BuT tRuMp Is WoRsE tHaN bIdEn, news flash: people are allowed to vote for a good candidate that they believe in, your precious democrats are not entitled to anyone’s vote; you have to earn them.

Stop shaming people for not wanting to vote for a trash candidate and start focusing on the reason WHY you democrats keep losing.

But anyway I’m going off topic cause and I’m sure I’ll be painted as stupid or evil by someone for not wanting to comply with a corrupt government anyway, so I guess goodbye and have a peaceful night :vegas:

Yas, we believe Bernie when he talks about gun violence reform when he voted against the Brady Bill multiple times in the past but we should villify Biden for the same decades old voting record 💕

Check once how hypocritical and inconsistent you sound there. People change. Platforms change according to times and people's demands.

But then, again, you believe Trump is better than Biden in any metric so whatever, werk I guess :billie:

We really should since he’s co-sponsored several Senate gun violence bills, called for banning assault weapons since the 80s, and has a shitty grade from the NRA :flutter:

I sound fine ma’am. Bernie’s not the one who lied about cutting SS in a debate. If only Biden’s platform could change to meet people’s demands, so he can actually, ykno, win?

Plus literally just said the opposite to the last part but okay.

No. Once the Dem nominee is chosen all criticism is forbidden. Get in line, vote, and stfu until we need you again.

People love to act like the status quo in the US is so perfect when a Dem president is in power. It's not. We must demand more from them.

You can vote for Biden in November and still be critical. There is literally NOTHING wrong with that. Politics is all about compromises and everyone pushing an agenda.

I was originally gonna add that the majority of people criticizing Biden are still gonna vote for him in November. They’re gonna be dragging their own asses to make it to the polls for him. It’s just that they’re gonna be extremely vocal about his flaws along the way in hopes that people in power will finally listen to the growing concerns of its people.

Like, we can bítch and complain about stuff while simultaneously supporting it. I mean, have they not seen the way LMs literally criticize every little thing that Gaga does all while still streaming/promoting/scamming people into buying her shít in twitter? :huntyga: We can do two things at once

Notice how moderate republicans say no to VBNM and they’re chased by neolibs like a cat called 10/10 hottie walking in New York.

But when progressives do it? It’s lashings.

Ykno... there’s also the option of leverage too. Being blamed for the re-election of Trump bc Biden didn’t uplift leftist policies? Kinda a serve... Why not own it and be like “...and what about it? Maybe next time you should secure our progressive candidate to actually win, like y’all did in 2008 w Obama

So we've learned nothing since 2016? They said the exact same thing about Hillary.

Nope. Not at all. In 2016 we focused on the nationwide aggregate - which stated that Hillary would win by three points. She did. This time around, most in the know are focusing on key swing states - thus why I specified VERY specific states. The national polls mean nothing this election cycle.

Both parties have pushed for those sold jobs to an extent, but:

• Republicans in general stay pushing for jobs to be brought back to America more than the Dems too. Globalism should exist... but it’s kinda gone too far. Now Trump’s gonna run to the (economic) left of Biden saying he’s focused on uplifting other country’s working class than his own.

• + w the virus we have Republican populists pushing economic leftist ideals like a UBI, while corporate Dems (who literally are the whole party) are pushing time-delaying means testing, and are now focusing on SALT caps as if one $1200 cheque is sufficient.

• Last point, the state of Virginia? Dems have complete control over the entire state. However, it’s dead last for workers rights...

It’s not a good look...

I agree with some of the points you made about both parties been at fault about outsourcing jobs, both parties work for the interest of big corporations after all.Trump made bringing jobs back a big part of his campaign and i think he mostly failed on his campaign promise and most people know that.

I do find it very hard to believe the current republican senate would approve anything remotely close to UBI, we can agree that a one-time (or 2 or 3) check is not UBI,right? I think the Biden campaign will try to make 15$ m/w a major campaign issue and stuff like that will seem more tangible and resonate more with people.

Now as far as virginia, i think what you are saying is a little misleading. The stats you mention are probably from last year and it was during the 2019 election, that the Democratic party won majority of seats in both the House and the Senate for the first time in almost 25 years, maybe lets wait a year or two and see if there is an improvement on workers right? If there isnt, then the democrats would have failed the working class of virginia BIG TIME.

2 percent is within the margin of error. So, er, nope again.

Btw, I like Bernie. And Joe. I voted for Pete and my second choice was Warren (Bernie my third).

Now? I just want a democrat because, for me, a liberal Supreme Court is more important than getting my feelings hurt because my candidate didn't win.
