The music industry is so cold and cruel at times.

 

I remember in 2013 (me being a naive confused teenaged gay), I just couldn’t comprehend the amount of hate thrown at Gaga and why she was underperforming while Katy was doing so good despite, for me, not being that talented.

 

Now we move fast forward up until now, and it’s so sad to see that Katy, once a successful juggernaut, is slowly but surely fading away from the public interest with every single she releases.

 

Just like that, fame and success can vanish.

I agree, Fame is temporary but pure talent and the passion for creating art lives forever. That’s why Gaga outlasted her peers. She will never do the same thing twice just because the last one was successful. Queen of reinvention

2- Look for the “Rain On Me digital single” and add it to the cart.

Tutorial: how fans living outside the United States can buy on iTunes USA 

1- You need to have a US Apple ID and use a gift card to purchase the album! Here's how you create an account. First, go to: https://www.apple.com/itunes/

2- On the dropdown menu for country, select OTHER COUNTRY and then Continue. On the next page, scroll down, as it should give you the option to select United States. After the page reloads, scroll down again and make sure the country is set to US.

 

3- After that, under Account, select Manage Your Apple ID. On the next pag Select Create your Apple ID. Should I stream or buy music?

Both streams and pure sales are important and you can do both. Pure sales is just an easier way for you to help music performance. Streams can only hold a song in a good position on the chart only if they have a very large accumulation per week and honestly, only rappers can do that. Remember that these are the variables that make up the hot 100:

1- Radios - highest score

2- Pure sales - second highest score

3- Paid streams - third highest score

 

For those who live in the united states: in addition to iTunes you can buy on amazon music, google play or even on her website multiple times (purchase separately)
