PanPikus 9,879
Warning. Long post about Chromatica release concept if Rona didn't happen, because I'm bored and delusional Spoiler So out of boredomness I started to think about perfect album rollout with constant hype, if Covid-19 never happened. Imagine if we had no insiders tea about dates and collabs, nothing. From the rumors that she planned 6 videos for the era, all of them being made before releasing anything. Let's say she still released Stupid Love on Feb 28. March 6 - album title reveal with tour + instant grat Babylon with lyric video, but not just lyrics on screen. Something like Dua's lyric video for Future Nostalgia, but in Babylon's case some footage from Haus Labs ad. After that some interviews and maybe promo for the album and tour in Europe and Australia for example. March 27 - album cover reveal + promo single Free Woman with animated video release. April 1 - in the morning Gaga tweeting "I have to tell you, that I have a big surprise for you" and then being silent for like 5 hours. After that time Gaga tweeting "Second single from Chromatica - Rain On Me with Ariana Grande coming NEXT friday". If we had no idea before that they did a collab, both fanbases would go nuts. One hour later Gaga tweeting "I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself, but my previous tweet is an Arpil Fools yall". Maybe with some shady meme with it xD. Everybody would be losing their minds, being mad that Gaga made fun of us because we could predict that she was joking - it was April 1 after all. It was impossible that she did a collab with Ari. We were so naive. Ariana still would be silent. And one hour later Gaga tweeting "Obviously the song is coming THIS friday. Love you <3" After that Ariana posting about the collab. And the last tweet of the day by Gaga - link to pre-save the song, to pre-order and pre-save the album. April 2 - Gaga and Ariana posting Rain On Me single cover. Few hours later posting a 5sec snippet of the chorus. April 3 - Rain On Me release. Audio on Ariana's channel, lyric video on Gaga's channel. April 4 - Gaga staring countdown on her social media with some photos from album photoshoot with caption "6 days till CHROMATICA" April 5 - countdown April 6 - Gaga tweeting to tune to GMA on April 10 where she's going to talk about the album, about the duets and then Rain On Me video to premiere on GMA. April 7 - countdown April 8 - countdown and the tracklist reveal. Again a lot of buzz because of Blackpink collab. April 9 - countdown, insta live stream April 10 - Chromatica release, ROM still #1 on TTH, Sour Candy in the Top10, Free Woman in Top20 to have 3 songs on TTH during release week. GMA interview and ROM video premiere. Video right after on Gaga's channel. April 11 - Surprise Coachella performance of ROM together with Ari. Performance uploaded on Gaga's channel. Coachella live version of ROM release on iTunes. Some late night show interview and performance during the week maybe. April 18 - SNL. ROM and SL performance. April 24 - Sour Candy music video release. And whatever day BBMAs were supposed to be, a performance there before going back to Enigma. Right before starting Chromatica tour, doing Fortnite concert with performance of 3rd official single whichever song would it be. Sending it to radio, releasing a video (6th of the era) and playlisting it. The concert would be a great launch for it. Then Chromatica Stadium Tour with like 25-30 all over the world. And of course a ton of social media activity during the entire era. A CONCEPT Na Wojtusia z popielnika, iskiereczka mruga, chodź opowiem Ci bajeczkę, bajka będzie długa... Fame Romance 10,517
It's goona be a really tight race between The Scotts and Savage this week for the #1 Savage #2 on US Spotify combined behind The Scotts with a <100k difference, a few spots higher on US Apple Music and Savage has the edge on sales and radio. Unless The Scotts still have massive YouTube numbers Megan and Beyoncé seem like the top contender.

BuzzcutSeason 3,307
Bey hopping on a remix and getting all this attention honestly feels a bit tired. 'Savage' isn't a number one song. She's a great addition, but her name is the only thing selling something so mediocre.
