In natural classical singing, you let a fast vibrato happen. You can do straight tone and then let vibrato come on like in Shallow's bridge but I've seen her do a slow vibrato too which suggests she can do it a few different ways. I think she was nervous. She was off-tempo for a bit. That combined with being just a casual performance, I think she didn't really bother to put too much effort into shaping.
