I remember little chartsters were so confident that gaga was gonna pull huge numbers in pure sales for SL but it actually did lesser than expected. Honestly, so did @gabrielflorin01's essay. That said, I do feel like Katy is trying and I think the song is OK, it's actually sorta growing on me, it's just not amazing. Because Shallow was a duet, the points were split with Bradley vs. like 75% for Gaga and 25% for him if it was feat.
