I guess Shallow's 45 weeks fulfilled that in some sort of way, but the dream is ten weeks in the top ten and a fair amount of stability in the higher regions. Hopefully it's a high budget video + it will be even more better when you compare it to the latest music videos like Daisies which cause of lockdown are in just a house and are cheap. I'm okay with us pulling out all the tricks for this number one (vinyl variants are fun and especially against a pedo), but I do think all of Gaga's number ones up until this point had a lot more value than some songs landing on the spot today. Nowadays the hits getting there don't feel as... encompassing? Regardless, I doubt we'll even need to do some sort of discount and tactics Stuck With U did.
