I am still hoping for something happy pop, like a new single. But only if the lyrics are appropriate for the event. I just refreshed my memory of Just another Day, and the lyrics seem very appropriate. Maybe she could plug it, if not perform it. But (sigh) I can't imagine picking a couple songs to perform for an event like this. There are so many options. I just hope she sings something of her own too, instead of covering someone else's. There is almost nothing in her catalogue that would be as powerful as her singing The Prayer with Andrea Bocelli....I would honestly prefer that over a new song Edit: Even everyone else's "new songs" won't be as powerful as Gaga singing The Prayer. She's not gonna do the promo for her album on an charity worldwide event during a pandemic and a terrible crisis. And this performance with 3 musical legends will get people talking a lot about it, I think it's going to be another iconic moment for gaga' career.
