Of course when she probably has stake and money to lose from the casinos :awkney:

We've actually slowed down the disease A LOT because of the lockdowns and Republicans are trying to politicize it and say 'see, you guys overreacted, cases are less than projected'

Well they're less than projected because of the lockdown :fail:

I love how she is only focusing on the negative results of this lockdown as if these measures havent saved thousands of lives

I also love how she saying "only less then 0.5% have died and we brought the whole state to their knees" as if that percentage wouldnt have been higher if they didnt go on lockdown :rip:

Sure you cant have a lockdown for years but it is needed to prepare a plan for when the lockdown gets opened.

While the lockdowns have of course effects, the errors with projected cases deaths dont have anything to do with lockdowns.

They were errors from those who made the projections.

What's your source for this claim?

You're really telling me lockdowns did nothing to prevent or reduce the number of deaths? :vegas:

You deleted part of my comment where I've said that the lockdowns had effects and then asked me if lockdowns did nothing? :what:

The initial projections included the effects of the lockdowns. The projections were made after the lockdowns began. They were just wrong and changed them.

No. :)

There were multiple different projections that showed what it would be like with and without lockdowns plus every state enacted their own versions that had different effects. Especially in California, despite it being an eighth of the US population, the cases are now shockingly low (even though CA was Top 3 early on) - this is likely due to the lockdown.

If we're doing better than most projections showed with lockdown then I'd like to see it.

There will always be a difference between projections and reality, tho? This is an unprecedented pandemic since like forever, no one know 100%, why are we make it sound like "less people died than expected, bad scientists"?

Google it if it's so important for you. I dont know what the recent projections are based on, but the initial ones who were quoted on the news included the lockdowns effects.

And as I've said : no one is saying that the lockdowns dont have effects.

Yea. They are projections. The problem is that based on this kind of projections, the governments take measures these days. People who were wrong should take a step back.

Just know that if you look at the CDC report guidelines for diagnosing COVID 19 deaths, you will understand that they tell healthcare workers to list ASSUMPTIVE cases down as "COVID 19" death.

If you look even deeper, diagnosis of other illnesses have decreased since COVID 19. Even heart attacks have decreased. I wonder why?

The only thing we know for certain is that the numbers are for sure incorrect.
